From the yard to the garage to the guest room — the full list of what Indie Property Services handles. Owner-operated, licensed and insured. Residential homes only.
Skip the five vendors. One owner, one point of contact, all the jobs below.
Most outdoor problems are either a planting problem or a water problem. We handle both — from weekend refreshes like fresh mulch and fire pits to the unglamorous stuff like French drains and fence repair that actually protects the property.
The stuff that keeps sitting on the fridge checklist. Small jobs done right the first time, without a three-week wait for a trade contractor.
Note on electrical & plumbing: handyman scope only. New circuits, wiring inside walls, repiping, main-line/sewer work, or anything requiring a permit gets referred to a licensed electrician or plumber.
The maintenance that protects air quality, fire safety, and square footage. Done on a schedule or on demand.
Downsizing a home — or helping a parent do it — is less about boxes and more about sorting years of belongings, coordinating the right trades, and getting the house ready to list. I’m the local point person who handles the prep, packs what’s moving, clears what isn’t, and keeps the whole thing on a calendar. I don’t run long-haul moving trucks — I coordinate with the movers you pick and take care of everything on this end.
Still need junk hauled? Covered under Home Maintenance.
Ask anyway. Half the time the answer is “yes” — and when it isn’t, I’ll tell you who should do it.
