Hi, I’m Patrick.

I started Indie Property Services to be the one local person Apex homeowners can actually count on. When you call, you get me — not a dispatcher, not a rotating crew. I walk the site, write the quote, and do (or directly oversee) the work.

What started with landscaping and drainage has grown into a full range of home services — repairs, maintenance, hauling, senior move consulting and home prep, even pet sitting and mobile dog grooming. The goal is the same no matter the job: do it right, communicate clearly, and treat the property like it’s my own.
