Note on electrical & plumbing: handyman scope only. New circuits, wiring inside walls, repiping, main-line/sewer work, or anything requiring a permit gets referred to a licensed electrician or plumber.

Senior Move Consulting & Home Prep
The move isn’t the hard part. The decisions are.
Downsizing a home — or helping a parent do it — is less about boxes and more about sorting years of belongings, coordinating the right trades, and getting the house ready to list. I’m the local point person who handles the prep, packs what’s moving, clears what isn’t, and keeps the whole thing on a calendar. I don’t run long-haul moving trucks — I coordinate with the movers you pick and take care of everything on this end.
